We at Herzkinder Austria know what we are talking about, know how painful it is to see your child suffer and be sad. How this little heart in this little body has to fight. If you had a choice, you would take all the pain without thinking twice. Instead, your hands are tied – which hurts even more.

Not only adults have to get fit for everyday life again after a serious illness. Children also need rehabilitative support after a serious illness or an accident. Until now, sick children have either been cared for together with adults for rehabilitation or have had to move to Germany, since there were no rehabilitation places in Austria that were specially designed for children and young people.
We would like to pass on our experiences, especially our very personal ones, to you.
With us, parents of heart children find support, advice and assistance, hearts can be poured out and experiences can be exchanged.
