The Extensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Service for Children provides rehabilitation treatments to children under 18 in a non-residential regime. It includes neuromotor, occupational, phoniatric, orthoptic, respiratory, speech therapy, neuropsychological and visual-perceptual disturbances therapy. The multidisciplinary rehabilitation projects can also include hydrokinesitherapy (swimming pool), psychomotor skills and cognitive therapy for the developmental age. The Service also includes the evaluation and testing of aids and orthoses. Based on the needs of the person, the number of weekly sessions, medical checks, psychological support interventions for the family and school support is established.
