In 1993, as Bilge Special Education Center in Ankara, we set out with a scientific understanding. We started working by believing that the best is possible and holding our human understanding ethically and responsible with our attitudes towards the “different”… We are still here because we learned that success and “knowledge” are possible by relearning every day, and that unconditional “love” is fundamental.
Floortime is a comprehensive program that forms the basis of the DIR Model, developed for children with many developmental difficulties, including autism spectrum disorder, and their families. This program aims to bring the child to a better level of development step by step according to individual sensory, language and motor skills. . It is also among the objectives that the child, who rises to the next level with each functional-emotional development capacity he develops, establishes a relationship between what he has learned.
