About the center

  Opening hours: Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00. DNC Medical Center — The Center for Clinical Neurology and Neurorehabilitation — was established in 2004 to study and implement new effective technologies in the treatment and diagnostics of nervous system diseases. Famous neurologists, researchers, healthcare organizers, and heads of neurological departments took part in the establishment of the Center. The Center carries out active scientific work together with the Department of Pediatric and General Neurology, the Department of Angioneurology and Neurorehabilitation of the Gusak Institute of Vein Surgery of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. The work is carried out with the aim of further improving treatment and diagnostic methods in neurology, and introducing new technologies. An integrated approach, the use of modern equipment, the latest technologies, and unique proprietary methods make treatment effective even for “problematic” diseases that are difficult to treat, and for “advanced forms” of diseases. The DNC Center provides rehabilitation treatment to patients with diseases of the brain and spinal cord, peripheral nerves of various etiologies (trauma, strokes, inflammatory diseases of the nervous system, chronic cerebrovascular diseases, etc.), patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, severe movement disorders, as well as children suffering from cerebral palsy, delayed psychomotor development, hyperactivity syndrome and attention deficit disorder, autistic syndrome, etc. Patients with demyelinating, hereditary-progressive, degenerative diseases undergo thorough diagnostics and rehabilitation treatment using unique technologies and methods. Therapeutic and diagnostic work of the Center is carried out by neurologists of the highest category, candidates of science, employees of the Department of Neurology, family medicine doctors, clinical neurophysiologists, reflexologists, rehabilitation specialists, massage therapists, and paramedical personnel with high professional training. For the purpose of fine differential diagnostics, determination of the condition and function of the conductors of the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord), peripheral nervous system, functional activity of the brain, in DNC Center, the following are performed: - transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) - electroneuromyography (ENGM) - electroencephalography (EEG) - evoked potential (EP) method. The following is used in the complex of therapeutic measures: - drug therapy, - neuromyostimulation, - pulsed magnetic stimulation, - transcranial magnetic stimulation, - ozone mesotherapy, - reflexology, - exercises on rehabilitation simulators, The author's method for the rehabilitation of severe movement disorders in people who have lost the ability to self-care, independent movement after spinal injuries, strokes, traumatic brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular diseases, etc. is successfully used. The work of the Center consists of daily consultations, the work of the treatment and diagnostic department, the rehabilitation department.
