    Romatem is a whole network of medical centers specializing in the rehabilitation therapy of patients with the widest spectrum of disorders. The largest center of this network is located in Istanbul and works in almost fifty directions with patients around the world. The most important of them are:
    • cardiac rehabilitation, including the recovery of patients with a post-infarction condition;
    • pediatric rehabilitation, primarily the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy;
    • neurological rehabilitation, including patients with stroke and head trauma;
    • rehabilitation of spinal disorders after injuries accompanied by impaired support functions, paresis and paralysis of the limbs, dysfunction of the pelvic organs.
    Individual approach and personalized rehabilitation programs are the principle of work of specialists of the center "Romatem". To implement this approach, more than 30 types of examinations and diagnostic tests are performed here upon admission, during treatment and to evaluate the final result. High level of equipment with robotic and computerized rehabilitation equipment is another characteristic feature of the center "Romatem". Most patients are treated with:
    • the "Amadeo" system, which facilitates the restoration of fine motor skills of the hand and each of its fingers;
    • a unique therapeutic suit "Therasuit", which helps to form a physiological stereotype of movements, normalizes muscle tone, facilitates control over weakened and spastic muscles, which is especially important for children with cerebral palsy and patients who have suffered traumas and cerebrovascular accidents;
    • robotic complex "Armeo" to restore movements in the shoulder girdle;
    • spinal decompression systems with anti-gravity modes;
    • device "Walking robot", which allows to restore the skills of independent walking in patients with cerebral palsy who have suffered spinal, craniocerebral trauma and strokes.
